Preparation & Use

Cooking/Useage Instructions: Microwave - From Chilled. Unsuitable for oven cooking. Remove sleeve. 5 min 30 sec. Pierce film and cook at 800w. Shake halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving. This container may soften slightly when hot.
Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated & use by the date shown on the front of pack. Once opened eat within 24 hours. Quorn™ Tantalising Tikka Masala & Rice can be frozen on day of purchase & kept up to 3 months. Do not refreeze once thawed. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
