Preparation & Use

Cooking/Useage Instructions: Cooking Instructions - General. Ensure food is thoroughly heated and piping hot before serving. All appliances vary. Heating instructions should only be used as a guideline. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Microwave - From Chilled. Oven Wattage: 800W/E, Total Heating Time: 2 minutes 30 seconds Remove film and cover tray with cling film. Heat on full power for the time specified above. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric: 200°C 11 minutes Fan: 180°C 11 minutes Gas: Gas Mark 6 11 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place fillets evenly on a baking tray. Place on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for the time specified above. Do not reheat.
Storage Conditions: This product is fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold. Instructions are based on a whole pack. Keep refrigerated below 5 °C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours and by Use By date. Use By: See front of pack.
