Preparation & Use

Cooking/Useage Instructions: Cooking Instructions - General. Ensure food is thoroughly heated and piping hot before serving. All appliances vary. Heating instructions should only be used as a guideline. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Microwave - From Chilled. Oven Wattage: 800W/E, Total Heating Time: 2 minutes. Remove 2 fillets and place on a microwaveable plate. Cover with cling film. Heat on full power for the time specified above. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Oven cook - From Chilled Electric: 200°C 8-10 minutes Fan: 180°C 8-10 minutes Gas: Gas Mark 6 8-10 minutes. Remove 2 fillets from pack. Place fillets on baking tray. Place on middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for the time specified above.
