Preparation & Use
Cooking/Useage Instructions: Boil: Wash the potatoes, cut into equal size chunks and place in a saucepan. Cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender, drain and serve. Roast: Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Peel potatoes, cut into equal size chunks and place in a saucepan. Cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly and place in a roasting tray with 30ml (2 tablespoons) oil of your choice. Roast in the centre of the oven for 50-60 minutes turning occasionally until crisp on the outside and tender in the middle.
