Preparation & Use
Cooking/Useage Instructions: Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Madras, Pilau Rice - Oven Cook from chilled - Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. From frozen 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 40 to 45 minutes. Peel back film and stir halfway through heating. Microwave from Chilled: Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power as per instructions. 700W 3½ minutes, 800W 3 minutes, 900W 2½ minutes. Peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes. Microwave from frozen: 700W 5½ minutes, 800W 5 minutes, 900W 4½ minutes. Peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 3 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Pilau Rice - Oven Cook from chilled - Pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. Cook for 17 to 20 minutes. From frozen 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Onion Bhaji (not suitable for microwave cooking) - Oven Cook from chilled - Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. From frozen 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 15 to 17 minutes. Peel back film and stir halfway through heating. Naan Bread (not suitable for microwave cooking) - Oven Cook from chilled - Remove all packaging. Sprinkle with a little water and place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. From frozen 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. To grill, remove all packaging. Sprinkle naan bread with a little water and place under the preheated grill. Turn half way though cooking. Grill from chilled on moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Grill from frozen on moderate heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. To thaw, remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
