Preparation & Use

Cooking/Useage Instructions: Remove all packaging. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked. Grill Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Cook for 12-14 minutes, turning regularly. Oven Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated and store at bottom of refrigerator. Once opened consume within 1 day and within the Use By date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. To thaw, remove from freezer and place in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
